Óscar Flores (born 13 November 1976) is a Mexican voice actor who provided voices in the Latin American dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is best known as the voice of Streaky on "Krypto the Superdog", Number 1 on "Codename: Kids Next Door", Eddy on "Ed, Edd 'n' Eddy" (taking over from Ricardo Mendoza), Meatwad on "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" and the dubbing voice of such celebrities as Ashton Kutcher, James Franco and Ewan McGregor
