The "Carols on Wheels" truck is a Thomas and Friends magazine character.
Biography
When a carol concert is cancelled because of bad weather, Thomas borrowed a troublesome truck from the shunting yards. Thomas asks the Fat Controller to have it converted into a "Carols on Wheels" and he agrees. Later, Mrs. Kyndley is surprised when she hears the carols near her house.

"Carols on Wheels" is a standard truck with its sides removed and a roof added so that carollers can be seen and heard.
