Do-Nothing Dennis is a magazine story.
Plot
Dennis is given the job of taking some flowers, of which part of the route goes through a meadow. But, being the diesel he is, he pretends to have hay fever so he does not have to work. Oliver ends up having to take the flowers instead. As he passes through the meadow, he sees some painters. When they need something to paint, Oliver decides that Dennis would be the best engine for the job.
