Kyousei Tsukui (津久井教生, born on 27 March 1961) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with 81 Produce, who voices characters in the Japanese dub of Thomas and Friends.
He is most famous for voicing Sharo-kun from "Soreike! Anpanman" and Acer from "Cars 2".
He retired from voice acting in 2023 after losing his voice due to ALS.
