Toby's New Whistle (Volume 31) is a 2011 Hong Kong DVD release featuring five thirteenth series episodes.
Description
TOBY is fitted with a Brand New Three Chime Whistle while his little bell is repaired. TOBY finds this new whistle a bit daunting. So instead, TOBY comes up with a plan. If he is very careful and drives very slowly he won` t need to use it. However, when THOMAS hurtles towards some cows, which have wandered onto the tracks, TOBY is forced to use his bell. TOBY realises that his bell is not that scary, in fact it makes a great noise. So, when GORDON races towards a fallen tree TOBY is happy to blow his whistle and save GORDON too.
